Shipments & Deliveries

When will my order be shipped?

All purchases you make from KNITSS.com until 3 pm GMT will be shipped within the same business day. All purchases you make after 3 pm GMT will be shipped on the following business day. We do our best for you to reach your beloved KNITSS garment in the fastest way possible, worldwide. We kindly notify that during campaign periods (New Year’s, special days, etc) shipments might take a bit longer than expected.

Do I pay for the shipment of my order?

Absolutely not. All items purchased from KNITSS.com are worldwide free of shipment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your country and territory, your order will reach you between 4 to 10 business days.

Do I receive notification about my shipment?

Yes. We send a notification e-mail to you once your order is being shipped. You can check the status of your order any time by writing to us through: [email protected]

How do you deliver my item?

We deliver your item via worldwide UPS express or another fast courier company we use for your region.

Currently we deliver to all EU countries, USA, Russia, Japan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Taiwan, Argentina, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia.

Changes & Returns

How Long Do I Have to Use My Right to Return or Exchange the Items I Purchased?

You can return the invoice amount for the product you purchased from Knitss.com within 30 days. If you wish to return the product you purchased from Knitss.com to our store, you can return the invoice information within 14 days. For online returns, if you wish, please fill out the relevant fields on the "Exchange/Return Form" sent with your order and send it to yourself using Yurtiçi Kargo - agreement code 962 644 921.
The product you wish to return must have its labels and logos intact and be in a condition suitable for resale. Once we receive your product, it will be inspected by our product review team. If it is determined that the product has lost its resale value, your return request may be rejected. Any accessories included with the product (such as belts or buckles) must also be returned.
Once your return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment within 10 business days. This period begins from the time we receive the returned product.

How do I return back an item?

You can simply download the attached Exchange & Returns forms from the link, fill it, and e-mail it back to us through [email protected] . As soon as we receive your request we will contact you, in most cases within one business day. After our confirmation e-mail, you can send your items back to us via UPS, using the account number we provide in the e-mail you receive. Please kindly note you should use only UPS worldwide service when sending back an item to us, and you should state our account number, otherwise courier costs might be reflected to your side.
Even if you cannot return an item within 14 days of receipt, it is important that you notify us about your intention to return within this period after you receive the goods, otherwise your return may not be confirmed.

Is returning an item free?

Yes. You can return back an item for exchange or full return 2 times free. After 2 times, you can still return but courier expenses might be charged to you. We believe all our clients have the right to reach quickly to their desired exclusively produced KNITSS products and sizes, therefore we limit free returns up to 2 times, so the item a client may like and wish is not occuppied for a long time by another client.

Can I return the products in sale?

You can return your products purchased from KNITSS online store within 30 days (1 Month) after the invoice.
If the product or products that you would still like to keep and to buy after the return meet the campaign conditions, the campaign/discount code will remain valid. If not, the discount code/campaign will be invalid. The price of the products you would like to keep will be calculated without discount/campaign, and the extra amount (difference) will be taken from the refund amount, and a new invoice will be issued and sent to you.

Where do KNITSS products manufactured?

We not only give greate importance to design, but also to very high quality and sustainable product. This is why we produce all our products in our own vertical factory, in Turkey. We do not source any product from 3rd parties. %100 of all KNITSS items are being produced in our own facility.

Do you follow ethical and fair labor codes?

Absolutely and scrictly. We all know today textiles is one of the areas open to poor working conditions, unfortunately. Well, not with KNITSS definetely. Our factory has a very high level of code of conduct for fair labor, and has A-grade SEDEX and BSCI certificates from accredited auditors, like SGS and Intertek. How are the materials used in KNITSS items?

All yarns we use come from our partner suppliers in Italy, carefully selected and produced for your comfort. All materials are tested for human health and do not contain any hazerdous chemicals or dye stuff.
