KNITSS is a womenswear brand that brings together yarn and knitwear expertise with a contemporary approach to design. With knitwear at the heart of its creative world, KNITSS combines quality, comfort and style through carefully selected materials, distinctive designs and meticulous craftsmanship, creating a complete wardrobe for the modern woman.
At the heart of KNITSS lies a creative vision that brings together the intimate connection between knitwear and the body with emotion and design. Lightness, natural fibres and the way a garment feels against the skin are defining elements of the brand’s design language.
Duygu Boz, KNITSS Co-Founder and Creative Director, began her creative journey in cinema before finding her path in fashion. Growing up in a family rooted in textiles, she was surrounded by fabrics, craftsmanship and the processes of making from an early age. These experiences shaped her instinctive understanding of materials and form.
After studying design and fashion management in Paris, London and New York, she co-founded KNITSS with her husband in 2015. Her vision was clear: to create knitwear that feels as natural as a second skin, with understated sophistication, effortless style and quiet confidence, allowing women like herself to feel comfortable in their own skin.
Today, the KNITSS design studio operates between Paris and Istanbul. The balance between these two cities is reflected in the brand’s character: contemporary yet timeless, cosmopolitan yet personal.

Materials, Craftsmanship, Precision
At KNITSS, design begins with yarn.
The brand’s knitwear expertise is expressed through exceptional materials, refined textures and meticulous craftsmanship. Carefully selected fibres, including Italian Extra Fine Merino wool, pure cashmere, alpaca, organic cotton and FSC-certified viscose, shape the rich variety of textures that define the KNITSS design world.
From tops and cardigans to trousers and knitted jackets, knitwear remains at the heart of the wardrobe, complemented by a considered mix of materials, silhouettes and textures.
Lightness, natural fibres and the gentle feel of knitwear against the skin remain essential to the KNITSS design language.

At KNITSS, sustainability is a responsibility that begins with the very first step of design. From the materials we select and the way we produce our garments to working conditions and the years each piece will be worn, our decisions are guided by a commitment to quality, people and natural resources.
We see sustainability as a social responsibility as well as an environmental one. Throughout our production processes, we prioritise occupational health and safety, fair working conditions and ethical manufacturing standards. We also support women’s participation in the workforce and their economic empowerment.

From Design to Lasting Wear
Design begins with yarn.
Yarn and knitwear expertise lie at the heart of the KNITSS design philosophy. We select natural and exceptional fibres with careful consideration for quality, longevity and production standards, incorporating certified and responsibly sourced materials according to the design and intended use of each piece.
By combining fine materials, skilled craftsmanship and contemporary design, we create pieces that can be worn and styled in different ways, season after season. We believe that thoughtful use and proper care extend the life of a garment, and we encourage a more considered approach to consumption: choosing fewer pieces, but choosing them well.
Recognising that natural resources are finite, we continue to improve our production processes, adopting more efficient approaches to the use of energy, water and raw materials.

The Wearing a Feeling manifesto expresses the brand’s creative philosophy, rooted in the belief that dressing well begins with feeling good. Bringing quality, comfort and style together, KNITSS collections are shaped by natural textures, distinctive designs and a commitment to lasting wear, creating a complete wardrobe for the many facets of modern women’s lives.
With knitwear at its core, this wardrobe is designed for layering and a Mix & Match approach, allowing pieces to be combined and styled in different ways. From everyday life and work to travel and special occasions, the KNITSS design world offers versatility for the different moments of a woman’s life.
